We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel without enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non refundable deposit is due when booking services. The deposit will go toward your service and the remaining balance is due at your appointment. The deposit can be transferred if you reschedule no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. Deposit will not be returned for no shows or cancellations after 24 hours.
Tardiness Policy
We allow a 10 minute grace period. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, 24-hour notice is required for individual services and 48-hour notice is required on packages of two services or more. If less than 24-hour’s notice is given the deposit will not be returned.
No Shows
In the event of a no-show, your deposit will not be refunded.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about a product, please ask for a sample or a tester before you complete your purchase.
Restrictions
We ask that you please put your cell phone on silent or turn it off during your treatment so you can fully relax and enjoy your service.
Payments
We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone that demonstrates inappropriate behavior in accordance with our Spa policies.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or loan our subscriber or customer lists to third parties for email, direct marketing, or other purposes. We never allow third parties any other use of these subscriber lists.
